A customer can request a refund for any reason, within the first 168 hours of purchase. The ideal way to go about this is to request via ticket, and then we can refund and cancel your service (this would be an immediate cancellation), or you can request immediate cancellation and put that you'd like a refund in the note. If you do not add that in the note, you must ticket within the aforementioned 168 hours, or no refund will be distributed.
Refunds will never be offered on cryptocurrency payments.
